When is the payment for the service due?

Payment is always upon completion of the service. We give you the option to choose if it’s going to be a debit or a credit card.

Do I need to be home while you’re doing the job?

Being home is not necessary. You’d be able to go out, run some errands and come back at the end just to make sure that everything is been done to your satisfaction.

Do you charge per square meter?

We do not charge per square meter but by the hour. The lawn mowing pros would do the job regardless the size of the lawn. If the technicians are finished earlier, they will do something else that is needed.

Do I need to provide materials or equipment?

The teams we send arrive on time and fully equipped to tackle all your gardening needs. The only thing you need to provide is access.

Do you guys send someone to have a look at the garden first?

Normally, it is not necessary for a viewing to take place, as we give quotes over the phone. However, if the job you’d wish to book is very specific and  a technician has to view the lawn in advance. This way they will be able to give the most accurate price estimate. As this is not a usual practice, we’ll send somebody upon request.

What happens if your gardeners do not do a good job?

In any case of unsatisfactory works provided by the gardeners, Paul’s Mowing bears a responsibility to address the issue according to our procedures and conditions. Feel free to contact our customer service department, and we’ll be more than happy to provide further assistance.
